Computer system validation (CSV)

    In Data & data management

Computer system validation is documented evidence that a system does what it is supposed to do, consistently and reliably. For trial systems it typically covers requirements, testing, controlled release, and change control. Regulators expect any system that holds regulated data to be validated before use.
