Training record

    In Documents & records

A training record documents that a named person was trained on a specific protocol, system, or procedure on a specific date. GCP requires everyone involved in a trial to be qualified by education, training, and experience, and the record is the proof. Missing training records are a routine inspection finding even when the training actually happened.
