Source data

    In Documents & records

Source data is the information in source documents: the original observations, measurements, and records needed to reconstruct and evaluate a trial. GCP expects source data to be attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original, and accurate. Copies can serve as source only if they are certified as true copies.
