Results disclosure is the obligation to make a trial's summary results publicly available within a set time after it ends, whether the findings are positive or not. Deadlines are typically 12 months after the end of the trial in the EU and within a year of primary completion for applicable US trials. It applies regardless of whether the results are ever published in a journal.
